Third‑party links in Explore (e.g., App Store) are governed by their own policies.

Information we process

Contact: If you email us, we receive your email address and message contents.
In‑app purchases: Pro subscriptions/purchases are handled by Apple. We do not see or store your card details.
Sharing/exports: When you export and save/share PDFs or cards, relevant device permissions (e.g., Photos) may be used. Content is generated on your device.
Buddy AI: When you use Buddy AI, your prompts and context may be sent to AI service providers to generate responses.
Diagnostics: Device and crash/performance diagnostics (including Apple ecosystem tooling) may be processed to improve stability and performance.

To improve reliability, security, and performance
To validate purchase/subscription access

Sharing & third parties

We may share limited information with Apple (App Store / StoreKit) and with service providers required to deliver features such as Buddy AI. We do not sell your data.

Explore may include links to third‑party apps and services (e.g., App Store links). When you follow these links, you will be redirected to third‑party websites/apps. Those third parties have their own privacy policies, and we do not control how they collect or use data.

We do not sell your personal data to third‑party app/service providers. Any data collection, permissions, or tracking technologies (if any) used by third parties are the responsibility of those third parties.

No affiliation with Erasmus+

Erasmus Life is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by European Union institutions, the European Commission, or the Erasmus+ programme. Any use of “Erasmus”/“Erasmus+” is descriptive only.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described. Support emails may be retained for a reasonable period.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Children’s privacy

Erasmus Life is not intended for children under 13. If you believe we processed information from a child under 13, contact us.
