Data Deletion

Most data you create in Erasmus Life (routes, cards, preferences, etc.) is stored on your device. An account is not required.

Delete app data on your device

  1. On iPhone go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Erasmus Life.
  2. Tap Delete App. (This removes the app and its local data.)

Exported files

If you saved exported PDFs or image cards to Photos/Files, delete them separately from those apps.

Data we may hold

We generally only hold support emails if you contacted us.

Deletion request (email)

To request deletion of data we may hold (e.g., support emails), contact hello@erasmuslife.app.

  • Subject: “Data Deletion Request”
  • Body: the email address you used and what you want deleted

We will process requests within a reasonable timeframe after verification.
